How Do I Switch Orthotic Labs?

All it takes is a 30-minute onboarding call. We discuss your caseload, most common presentations, and discuss your first cases collaboratively. We can integrate with your practice management system on the same call. Your top protocols are pre-built as RehabHub 3D templates before you send your first plan.

How much do custom orthotics cost?

All orthotics ordered in your first month are priced at £75 per pair, regardless of volume. From month two, pricing moves to £90 per pair for 1–5 pairs per month, or £75 per pair if you are ordering six or more.

What support is available for early cases?

For early cases, we expect to refine things together. We adjust and, where needed, remake devices — then we build personalised templates from those learnings. MM Podiatry also offers a library of downloadable clinical education materials, as well as patient information, to all clinicians as part of the standard offer.

Will switching mean lots of extra admin?

No. We embed our prescription process into your practice management system and use quick-select templates.

What support is available for complex lower limb conditions?

Send brief case details and we will suggest an orthotic approach with the reasoning explained. You are not making decisions in isolation.
