MM Podiatry & Orthotics manufactures custom 3D printed foot orthoses prescribed exclusively by health and medical professionals. Devices are built from the ground up in line with your clinical findings, using a digital workflow that makes them precise, repeatable and easy to reproduce or refine.
For straightforward presentations, we also offer a small range of carefully selected prefabricated devices and consumables to support your load management and strengthening programmes.

3D PRINTED CONSTRUCTION, MATERIALS AND STANDARDS
All our custom shells are 3D printed, allowing fine control over thickness, stiffness and shape with excellent repeatability. We use TPU in different densities and carbon reinforced options so you can match device behaviour to your patient.
The filament we use complies with UNEEN 11865:2002, EU 10/2011 and USP regulations for topical use, and our filament supplier is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Our top cover material is also ISO 9001 certified, providing added reassurance around quality and safety.
CONSISTENCY, ADJUSTMENTS AND REPEAT ORDERS
Because each device is designed and stored digitally, repeat orders and small refinements are straightforward. Where appropriate, we can adjust shell parameters, posts or additions without a completely new cast, as long as your clinical findings support it.
