Ordering Made Simple

Ordering custom 3D printed orthoses from MM Podiatry & Orthotics is straightforward and repeatable.

01

Select the Patient

Assess patient and agree orthotics are an appropriate treatment option.

03

Complete the Prescription Form

Fill in the online prescription form (or print and complete it) with diagnosis, key findings, footwear and your chosen shell design and modifications. Use our quick selection options to speed this up. If you’re new to prescribing or unsure about a complex case, we can talk you through your first few prescriptions and help you refine them.

02

Take the Cast or Scan

Capture an accurate impression using your preferred method (foam box, slipper cast or 3D scan, as agreed during onboarding). Follow our casting guide for best results.

Clearly label each cast with patient initials, left/right, date, shoe size and your clinic name.

04

Package and Send

Package casts or foam impressions securely with the patient details and prescription form, or upload your 3D scans if using digital capture. Use your usual tracked service.

05

Confirmation and Turnaround

We confirm receipt and check for any missing information. If anything is unclear, a clinician from our team will contact you before manufacturing. Standard turnaround is 10 working days from approval.

06

Recieve, Fit and Review

You receive the finished orthoses ready for fitting. Fit, review and make any minor inclinic adjustments as needed. If the outcome isn’t as expected, we’re available to review the case and advise on modifications or remakes.

Ready to Order?

Submit your prescription online and we’ll take care of the rest — from submission to finished 3D printed orthotics, manufactured with clinical precision.
